QTP does not retain any credit card information or personal information, and will not share any data collected with any third party.

• User Responsibilities

  • Homeowners and service providers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in their profiles.
  • Homeowners are responsible for selecting a service provider that meets their needs and expectations.
  • Service providers are responsible for accurately representing their skills, experience, and qualifications in their profiles.
  • Homeowners and service providers are responsible for communicating and negotiating terms for projects and repairs.

• Privacy

  • QTP values your privacy and will not share any personal information collected on the platform with third parties without your consent.
  • Phone numbers and addresses provided on the site are optional, and QTP will not disclose this information without your permission.

• Limitation of Liability

  • QTP does not take responsibility for any damages, including but not limited to damaged projects, damaged homes, or theft, resulting from the use of our service.
  • QTP's sole function is to introduce homeowners to qualified service providers. We do not guarantee the quality or outcome of any project or repair.
  • QTP does not engage with homeowners or contractors once a homeowner has chosen to work with a service provider. Service providers do not work for QTP, and any issues or disputes arising from their work must be resolved directly between the homeowner and the service provider

• Code of Conduct

  Respectful Behavior:

  • QTP is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. Any service provider or homeowner who disrupts the peace on the web service, uses foul language, or harasses other QTP users will be subject to immediate removal from the platform.

  Consequences of Misconduct:

  • Users found to be in violation of our code of conduct may be kicked off the platform temporarily or permanently, at our discretion.
  • In severe cases of harassment or abuse, QTP reserves the right to report offenders to the appropriate authorities.

• Dispute Resolution

  Mediation:

  • In the event of a dispute between a homeowner and a service provider, QTP encourages both parties to engage in constructive communication and seek resolution amicably.
  • QTP may offer mediation services to help facilitate communication and resolve disputes.

  Legal Recourse:

  • If a resolution cannot be reached through mediation, users may pursue legal recourse through the appropriate channels.

• User Feedback

  Rating and Review System:

  • QTP provides a rating and review system to allow users to provide feedback on their experiences with service providers and homeowners.
  • Users are encouraged to leave honest and constructive feedback to help maintain the integrity of our platform and improve the user experience for others.

• Indemnification

  By using our service, you agree to indemnify and hold QTP harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or any breach of these Terms.
